Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation

Pagat does not indicate this, but the other rules document indicates that a 3’s ability should reveal the taken card from the discard to the opponent.• What is your browser?

Not sure if it should be an option or just shown in the log, but after an opponent uses a 3, it would be nice to know what they took. Thanks.

I struggled with how to do this when I was implementing the game. Right now, the card they take is listed in the game log.

I decided to show the card taken by placing it on the table for a little time before moving it to the player's hand. The card name can still be referenced in the game log.
