Same bug at table 157048187
BUT the TOOLTIP is correct -- the picture on the tile is not! We put this tile into play and it acts as a watered tile, not as an enclosure tile.

This problem appeared at least twice so far in my game; the tooltip suggested that there was an improvement on the plot when there actually was not or the description not consistent with the iconography e.g. the tooltip said that it was an already irrigated plot but the picture showed an enclosure.
