Hi, sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. I will leave this report open for now in case others have the same problem, but it sounds like it's most likely a website-level bug rather than a bug in the implementation of Lost Cities, in which case there's nothing I can do about it. You might consider refiling this as a bug with the website rather than a bug with a particular game, in order for the report to appear in front of the website devs rather than this game's devs.

Really mad about the karma hit. Been trying to rebuild reputation after kidney stones ter and this bug one undid a week of work.

I also had a problem connecting even though my internet was working fine. Apps ect were working except the bgg and couldn't play
